what timing

last week i ordered a new laptop computer. an apple ibook g4. oh joy!

yesterday i was told i may need to pay seven hundred dollars for a new alternator. lovely.

add to that a sixty thousand-mile check up in april. also seven hundred dollars. nice.

i didn’t say it was good timing.
