Today was my last day at my most recent job. It was a brief stay, more brief than I was expecting, but moving on is the right thing for me to do. I have a few prospects in the freelance realm, just so I can keep a paycheck coming in while I search for the job I really want.
The trouble is, I don’t know what I really want to do. There are plenty of things I can do, but I believe I am the type of person who has to truly love what I do during the day. I know a lot of people who do what they can do to make their living and do what they love to do in their free time. I’m not sure I’m wired that way.
Out of curiosity, I would like to solicit your thoughts. What can you see me doing? I’m tempted to add “within reason” to that question, but then I’m afraid I’ll only get safe suggestions. So, throw ’em out there!

You've always got a career in voice over...
I wish I could offer some advice... but I agree with you on wanting to be doing what you love every day. It seems like such a waste to not!
i feel your pain ann-marie...wanting a job that is not just "a job". what are the things you don't get tired of doing? what sparks your interest and makes you come alive the most? maybe start there and see where it leads...or just have babies, that's a full time job in & of itself! :)
Do what you love. Love what you do. Love YOU!
I agree - you spend so much time at work, it has to be something you love! I can see you doing so many cool things - I've always loved your voice! Sometimes it's about the environment/people around you, etc., and not so much the job itself, know what I mean??? I know I've said this, but I'm excited to see how God uses this season of your life. Keep us posted!
