i need to write a bio. fifty to one hundred words all about me. and it has to sound good. impressive, even. it’s for the film. we’ve been mentioned in reel chicago, and one of their writers, ed m. koziarski, is considering doing a piece on back burner films, in which information about crew members will be listed. eep. as a first-time indie-film casting director, this will be a challenge.
in other movie news, our script has been given the thumbs-up by someone who has done the hollywood thing and knows what sells. a good thing, indeed. the tricky part is, now, we are pushing to get the film done by early september so we can enter it in the 2006 sundance film festival. SUNDANCE, PEOPLE! can you see me hobnobbing with kevin spacey and lisa kudrow? ha! we can do it, but we have to start cracking the whip on ourselves, as well as praying extra hard that the right people are sent our way to fill out our crew.
okay, i’m off to write my bio. if i can think of anything to say . . .

Make up an outrageous one and keep changing it.
That's what I'd do...

(i have the boxed set on vhs, are you jealous?) :P
Head is a fantastic movie! It's one of my favorite space films of all time...the songs are top, it's a funny script, and it, uh, perfectly captures some of the, uh, tenor of the, uh, times, shall we say? Well, okay, then. It's a great trip film.
Hey, amo, did you finish your bio?
Stu
