this is women's workout world, right?

by way of beginning this post, i must state that i am aware that women have a wide variety of interests and that no one should ever be kept from doing something they like because it once was associated with the opposite gender. that said, when i walked over to the magazine rack at the gym today -- the gym that is open only to women -- and found it filled with golf, car and driver, and motor trend . . . and completely devoid of the usual fare, like real simple, people, and better homes and gardens . . . i was a little disappointed. where did they go?

i may bring my own magazine tomorrow.
